Realistic Trees is a project on LEGO CUUSOO created by Paultox on February 12th, 2012. The project tries to create realistic trees for a city complex.

I live in a very green city with a lot of trees, but the LEGO city barely has any tree. With these realistic trees, you can make you city a much greener place for your minifigs to live in. These trees do also look great with other themes for instance Castle.
Trees are lovely, they have different colours (especially in autumn) and shapes. Look around and see for yourself. Wouldn't it be great to fetch this beauty in official LEGO sets? You could also add educational information about the tree in real life - for instance height, colour, Latin name, origin - something like a variation on the Architecture series.
This is also a great opportunity to get more autumn-coloured leaves!

Ich lebe in einer sehr grünen Stadt mit vielen Bäumen, in der LEGO-Stadt hingegen steht kaum einen Baum. Mit diesen realistischen Bäumen kann man die Stadt in eine grüne Oase für die Minifigs verwandeln. Diese Bäume machen sich auch toll in LEGO’s anderen Themenbereichen wie z.B. Castle.
Bäume sind etwas Wunderbares, und kommen in verschiedenen Farben (besonders im Herbst) und Formen. Wäre es nicht großartig, diese Schönheit in verschiedenen offiziellen LEGO-Sets einzufangen? Diese könnten zusätzlich bildende Information über die spezifische Baumart enthalten – zum Beispiel Höhe, Farbe, Lateinischer Artenname, Herkunft – sozusagen eine Variation der Architektur Serie.
Dies ist außerdem eine großartige Gelegenheit um mehr Blätter in Herbstfarben zu bekommen!
