A User is a person who has an account on LEGO CUUSOO. Users accessing the website can do several different actions, some depending on their age and/or status relating to LEGO CUUSOO.

All users are required to be 13 years of age to join LEGO CUUSOO, but the users under 18 are more limited, as they cannot submit projects to the site. Some users are Staff, and have more powers, as they work for LEGO on the site.
